We carry both steel and nylon rollers in the common stem lengths and shaft sizes that show up on doors from the 1994 era of construction - the stamped-steel, 7-ball rollers that were standard on builder-grade doors back then, plus the sealed-bearing nylon rollers most homeowners upgrade to now for the noise difference. We also carry replacement hinges, since a stretched hinge hole is often the reason a roller keeps failing early, and short sections of track for when the groove is too worn to trust with new rollers. What we don't always carry is every obscure roller size from a custom or imported door - those sometimes mean a special order and a second trip, which is the honest limitation here: we can't promise a same-visit fix on hardware we don't stock, and non-standard doors do turn up.
